Room prices:

The prices are per room and day with breakfast, plus visitor’s tax. The prices shown include the following inclusive services::

  • Overnight stay
  • Parking place at the house
  • Value added tax ( 7% room, 19 % all other services)
  • W-lan

Use of the wellness cellar:

10 € per house guest – can be booked directly in the house. Sauna towels (free of charge) and bathrobes (rental fee 5 €) available at the reception.

Tourist tax is included in the room price:

The visitor’s tax is currently € 0.80 per adult per day, and € 0.40 per day for children from 11 to 16 years.

Dogs:

€ 20,- end of stay cleaning

Payment:

We accept cash, EC cards or Master- or Visacard.

Arrival:

Our rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 19:00, we ask you to notify us. Departure: On the day of departure, the room must be vacated from 11:00 am.

Cancellation fees:

Reservations (also verbal) are considered binding when confirmed by us. In case of no-show or cancellation, the general terms and conditions for the hotel accommodation contract apply.

up to 21 days before arrival – 20% of the total price
between 20 and 7 days before arrival – 50% of the total price
from 7 days before arrival and no-show – 80% of the total price

You also have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance.
